Snapshot: This is a one-off 60-90 minute workshop (they can be chatty), where Denise and Craig will explore the numerous factors, variables and challenges of what it means to create the ‘best version’ of us (individually), in order to optimise things like health span, energy levels, mindset, mental health, lifestyle, productivity, performance, learning and achieving our goals - whatever they may be. This is not a choreographed or pre-planned presentation, this is a real-time, live and interactive chat with people (the audience) who want to create and sustain positive change in their lives.
